Regular sessions are of 60 mins. Effective time spent with the coach is taken and deducted from your subscription.
We start coaching after a quick introduction. in the first session ,

b) You would meet your coach and experience - how you feel during the session, it would give you clarity to start with higher confidence for upcoming sessions.
c) You may ask / share all you feel like.
