The retreat runs from 9 AM to 5 PM on both days (typically Saturday–Sunday, or select weekdays). Each day includes full guided sessions, tea & snack breaks, and a wholesome Satvic lunch — so you arrive at 9 AM and leave by 5 PM nourished and renewed.

Group size is intentionally limited to around 12 participants per retreat. This small group format ensures a deeply personal, intimate, and high-quality experience — where everyone receives attention and the space feels safe for genuine inner work.

The Delhi retreat is a non-residential day retreat. However, if you'd like to stay nearby, our team will assist you with accommodation options close to the venue after registration. For those coming from outside Delhi, this can be easily arranged.

Wear comfortable, loose clothing suitable for movement. Bring a water bottle, a notebook or journal, and an open heart. All sessions, materials, meals, and experiences are taken care of — you simply need to arrive ready to receive.
